                         Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Service Delivery Manager wie folgt:

Aufgaben (English):
Manages Service delivery for Global Operations Center Business Intelligence for European BW systems.
Manage the service transition to the Integrated Business Intelligence platform.
Responsible for ensuring that the internally and externally sourced SAP BI services are aligned with business needs and are delivered in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements to the company IT Standards and in line with industry best practice.
Responsible for the service life cycle management which includes SAP BI service &amp; application life cycle management, architecture, service level management &amp; process improvements, request &amp; capacity management, innovation, supplier &amp; contract management, benchmarking, etc 

Erwartete Erfahrungen:
Strong functional knowledge and experience of SAP BI 7
Completed at least 2 full cycles of SAP BI implementation in the role of funtional expert or Project / Integration Manager
Experience as Service Manager in SAP BI area

Ausgangslage:
The project aims at consolidating the eleven existing data centers 

Anforderung (English):
Responsible for Stakeholder Management, Public Relations, Operational Communication, Program Internal Communication of all programs
Ensure maintenance and implementation of the Program Communication Plans 
Support Program Manager in all tasks related to program internal and external communication
Assist Program Manager in the preparation and review of presentations, email communications, mission statements, program news, interviews, personnel and other announcements, newsletters, press releases, speeches
Maintain communication templates and tools 
Ensure the continuity of terminology, look and feel, tone throughout the program (one voice)
Responsible for the content of the Program Intranet sites 
Collaborate and closely align with stakeholders and other communication groups where required 
Support and advise the program team on communication techniques and activities

.NET Entwickler mit C#.NET 4.0,  WCF und/oder WPF/Silverlight Kenntnissen
Erfahrung im regulatorischen Umfeld von Vorteil
Erfahrungen mit MVVM und IoC Pattern von grossem Vorteil
